The watch has No Second hand pointer, It is NOT quality problem! When pass 1 minute, you will see the watch minute hand Slight move.

When you get the watch, the polarity of the compass was reversed (ie, it pointed south instead of north) but that can happen to any compass, it probably ended up near a magnet in shipping. It's easy to fix though; just google 'remagetizing a compass'. You can do it with any reasonably strong magnet.
